Saw Guy Martin at Goodwood this weekend - he's looking in pretty good shape considering. He also said you were in good spirits but facing a lot of work. Just to let you know we're all still routing for you and can't wait to see you back on the tracks (tarmac and dirt) in 2011.

Conor, I wish you a fast recovery. I'm new here. Was looking up Isle of Man.. and saw there news paper. How I found you. I'm a Reiki Master. (Healer) I'll send you healing energy. Anything to help you. I want to see you racing again. I plan on visiting Isle of Man next year. Would be great to see you racing when I'm there. A goal :) Take care and think positive. Have the doc's sorted your back out yet? Last news I've heard is that they can't fix your arm till the back's sorted.
Hope it's all going to plan - the weather's gloriuos outside and you're stuck in bed (sorry to point out the obvious). Take care and get better soon.
